Hello Jagoh

Posted on: June 23, 2007

For the first time in 8 years, I met up with a few classmates from Jagoh Primary School. Mei Yi, my Primary 1 to 3 classmate, organised this mini gathering. Honestly, I still don’t remember having a classmate like her… Oops!

Mei Yi, Esther, Theng Loon (Edward) and I met up at Harbourfront MRT control station. Thanks to modern technology and social networking sites, it wasn’t too difficult identifying people I never met for years. If it was 5 years ago, I believe it would have harder to find long lost people.

We were so excited to meet each other that we stopped in the middle of nowhere to talk away for a few times. We finally found our spot in the VivoCity Sky Garden. Edward and I was expecting a larger turnout but it was only the 4 of us… So Esther and Mei Yi talked while Edward and I talked…

The girls went to take a look at Mango 50% sale before dinner then meet Yue Hwa to go Somerset together. We settled for Starbucks at Orchard Building where Allan and Liting joined us.

Edward, Allan
Liting, Mei Yi, Yue Hwa and Me.

Allan left for zouk and Yue Hwa left for DXO. The rest of us went to Paradiz for pool…

That’s my hand… Edward and Liting were pwn-ing the pool table… I was such a disgrace to Ngee Ann, having the numerous pool outlets just behind our school… The three of us also taught Mei Yi how to play pool.

Pool ended around 1am when we had a final photo… The North-South-East-West photo. Mei Yi lives in the North, Edward in the South, Liting in the East and I in the West. We all originated from the South, where Jagoh Primary School was, now we are taking over the island!
